Cenegenics Jacksonville delivers physician-supervised age management and preventative medicine programs under the direction of Earl H. Eye, M.D., FACCP, a board-certified pulmonologist with specialized training in age management medicine. Located in Jacksonville, Florida, the clinic focuses on evidence-based interventions that address the biological markers of aging through comprehensive diagnostics, hormone optimization, and regenerative therapies. Dr. Eye and his clinical team design individualized protocols based on extensive laboratory analysis, body composition assessment, and metabolic profiling to target the root causes of age-related decline rather than simply managing symptoms.
The clinic's treatment protocols integrate bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for men and women experiencing andropause or menopause, with precise dosing based on serial blood testing and symptom tracking. Cenegenics Jacksonville addresses testosterone deficiency, thyroid dysfunction, growth hormone decline, and cortisol imbalances through pharmaceutical-grade hormone therapies tailored to each patient's endocrine profile. The regenerative medicine component includes peptide therapies such as CJC-1295 and ipamorelin for growth hormone optimization, BPC-157 for tissue repair and gut health, and thymosin beta-4 for immune function and recovery. These peptides are prescribed as part of comprehensive programs that also address nutrition, exercise physiology, and metabolic health rather than as standalone interventions.
Dr. Eye's approach emphasizes quantifiable health improvements through regular monitoring of biomarkers including body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, bone density, cardiovascular risk factors, and inflammatory markers. Patients undergo detailed baseline assessments that include DEXA scans for body composition, advanced lipid panels, insulin sensitivity testing, and hormone panels that measure free and total testosterone, estradiol, DHEA, thyroid hormones, and IGF-1 levels. The clinic's exercise protocols are developed by certified fitness professionals who work directly with patients to build strength, improve cardiovascular capacity, and optimize body composition through resistance training and metabolic conditioning specific to each individual's capabilities and goals.
Patients at Cenegenics Jacksonville receive ongoing support through regular follow-up appointments, quarterly lab work, and continuous program adjustments based on objective data and subjective response. The nutrition component involves personalized meal planning based on metabolic type, food sensitivity testing, and macronutrient optimization designed to support hormone balance, reduce inflammation, and promote healthy aging. The clinic provides supplementation protocols using pharmaceutical-grade nutraceuticals selected for their evidence base in supporting mitochondrial function, cognitive health, cardiovascular protection, and metabolic efficiency. Each patient works with a dedicated care coordinator who manages scheduling, lab logistics, and communication between visits to ensure program adherence and optimal outcomes.
Cenegenics Jacksonville requires in-person consultations and regular on-site visits for monitoring and program adjustments, allowing Dr. Eye and his team to conduct thorough physical examinations, review progress, and modify treatment protocols based on real-time assessment. The clinic serves patients throughout Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia who are committed to a proactive approach to aging and willing to invest in comprehensive programs that typically span 12 months or longer. With a 5.0-star rating across 54 Google reviews, patients consistently report improvements in energy levels, body composition, exercise capacity, and overall quality of life through the clinic's structured, data-driven approach to age management and preventative medicine.

This consists of a blend of hormone optimization, nutraceutical supplementation, and advanced exercise and nutrition counseling. Most recently, Dr. Eye has added an erectile dysfunction treatment procedure to his Jacksonville and Atlanta practices to help men and women regain and optimize their sexual functioning. And, he’s performing next-generation Regenerative Medicine treatments, utilizing Wharton’s jelly-derived stem cells and exosomes. These treatments help patients repair, rebuild and rejuvenate their own human tissue by supercharging the body’s natural healing process.
