REGEN Integrative Wellness operates within Magnolia Family Chiropractic in Kansas City, Missouri, offering a clinical model that bridges critical care nursing expertise with functional and integrative medicine. The practice is staffed by dual-trained Critical Care Nurse Practitioners who apply intensive care clinical judgment to outpatient wellness optimization, hormone balance, metabolic dysfunction, and peptide-based protocols. This background in acute care medicine informs a diagnostic rigor uncommon in wellness practices, with providers trained to recognize subtle physiological imbalances and intervene before they progress to chronic disease states. Patients receive in-person consultations that prioritize root-cause analysis over symptom suppression, with treatment plans built around lab-driven data and individualized risk profiles.
REGEN Integrative Wellness @ Magnolia Family Chiropractic offers a range of peptide therapy options tailored to individual patient needs. Treatment protocols are customized based on health goals, lab work, and medical history, with options for hormone optimization, metabolic health, tissue repair, and performance enhancement.
Hormone optimization services address testosterone deficiency, estrogen dominance, thyroid dysfunction, and adrenal imbalances using bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and nutraceutical support. The Critical Care Nurse Practitioners conduct thorough evaluations that include sex hormone panels, thyroid function tests, cortisol mapping, and metabolic markers such as fasting insulin and hemoglobin A1c. Treatment plans may combine hormone replacement with peptides like Kisspeptin or PT-141 for libido restoration, or Ipamorelin for patients seeking non-hormonal growth hormone stimulation. The clinic also integrates IV therapy for nutrient repletion, offering formulations that include high-dose vitamin C, B-complex vitamins, magnesium, glutathione, and NAD+ for cellular energy production and detoxification support. These infusions are used adjunctively in patients undergoing weight loss programs, recovery from illness, or chronic fatigue management.
Patients at REGEN Integrative Wellness in Kansas City begin with an in-depth intake that reviews medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and previous lab results. The nurse practitioners perform physical assessments and order targeted lab panels that may include comprehensive metabolic panels, lipid profiles, inflammatory markers, micronutrient testing, and hormone assays. Results are reviewed in a follow-up consultation where the provider explains findings in clinical detail and proposes a treatment plan that may include peptides, hormone therapy, IV infusions, or medical weight loss protocols. Patients are educated on administration techniques for subcutaneous peptides, expected timelines for clinical response, and potential side effects. Follow-up visits are scheduled based on treatment complexity, with most patients seen every 4 to 12 weeks for lab monitoring and protocol adjustments.
The integration of REGEN Integrative Wellness within Magnolia Family Chiropractic allows for a multidisciplinary approach to musculoskeletal and systemic health, though each practice operates independently. Patients benefit from the convenience of accessing chiropractic care, functional medicine, and peptide therapy in one Kansas City location. The clinic does not offer telehealth services, requiring all consultations and follow-ups to occur in person, which facilitates hands-on assessment and direct provider-patient communication. This model appeals to patients seeking a local, relationship-based practice with providers who combine emergency medicine training with preventative and regenerative care philosophies.

Growing up, I knew I wanted to be someone other's relied on to make their lives better. Initially, my goal was to bring hope, help, and comfort during other people's worst days, and I became a Paramedic. I moved to Kansas City and was proud to be a member of KCFD. I later realized I wanted to do more to help others than just the initial event, and went back to school to obtain my BSN. I started as a new nurse in the ICU at a Level 1 hospital, which is where I met Kelsey, and never looked back! Realizing I had more I wanted to accomplish, I went back to school yet again and obtained my Nurse Practitioner's Degree, and became one of the region's few dual trained Critical Care Nurse Practitioners who covered the ICU, alongside Kelsey. In the last 15 years I have spent in the medical field in some capacity, I have learned that assisting others with proactive healthcare as opposed to reactive healthcare is the best possible way to achieve health optimization, vitality, and quality of life.

Originally from small town Kansas, I got my start as an ICU RN at a very busy Level 1 Trauma Hospital here in Kansas City. My eyes were truly opened and I developed a wide-variety of skills and knowledge that will forever stay with me. I then went on to become one of the first dual-trained critical care NPs in that same ICU. This is actually where I met Ana. After many years of helping people at their worst, I'm ready to be proactive and empower individuals to focus on their overall health, well-being, and longevity.
